Depends on styling and design in front of the lamps, but general recommendation is following amount of lamps to achieve ECE R65 approval:
Class 1 approval: minimum 4 units per vehicle. (1 unit per corner to reach 360°)
Class 2 approval: minimum 8 units per vehicle. (2 units per corner to reach 360°)
This flare-version is used in each corner when 360° lighting approval is needed.
